I wrote a review of The Maid's Story, one of the first H-games I played. I tried to write it from a game developer's perspective. You can read it here. Please let me know if you have any suggestions! I'm planning on doing CoC next.
I'm also planning on making a game, so I have a few posts about the development, but it's extremely early. I'll make a post about it when I have something to show.
