How do I save her from turning into a demon? I think I might have done it before without knowing, but I didn’t even know she could be turned into a demon until I saw her in that quest

Delete what?
But yeah you just need to of built the dungeon before you set off for the quest and fought the weird chick and have her sent to your dungeon. Again this has to be done before going off to fight demon Alissa.
