so according to the wiki (unless i did my calculations wrong on the nursery table and its total donated and not amount donated each for each upgrade (like if you donated the first 250 you only need to donate 250 more instead of 500 more for the next upgrade i calculated as you need 250 for first, 500 for second and so on and so forth))

her relationship level is 1023.75 (or 512 if its total donated) just from maximizing the nursery... plus and additional 4 per pregnancy.... um i am wondering for the number of pups range is her relation ship level capped at 100 or something?

Gwyn is capped at 6 or so pups. You can her affection check by looking at how she greets you upon interacting with her.

according to the wiki you can get up to ((relationship -10)/20) = N, and gwyn can birth N to N+2 meaning at max relationship (which according to wiki caps at 150) you can have 7 to 9 pups a birthing
