Guide to roleplaying here?

While I do most certainly enjoy the Games produced by our true lord and savior Fenoxo, they are still games limited in their scope. So as I brows the internet for D&D porn the thought struck me: "Wait a minute; Didn't that forum Fenoxo use have a RP section?"

And so it was with delight that I found this part of the internet. Said delight being tempered a bit upon my realization of not knowing the slightest thing about roleplaying here. So to make a long story short, or as we Germans say Kurzgesagt, could someone explain the essence of roleplaying on this site? That would be great.

It is a very case by case basis here on the RP boards. the ways your RP will work will largely depend on whos GMing it if you know what I mean.

Although I suppose rule number one would be:
Don't be a dick.

Just look around for someone you'd like to RP with, and drop them a message. If they're interested, they'll reply and then you hash out the details from there. A piece of advice though, you'll get a lot more action on this site as a DM then as a player.
