Ghost Deck doesn't trigger/start

Hi there,
i cannot start the Ghost Deck Mission with Anno.
I already captured the probe on Tarkus and run into a lot of Gray Goo Girls, but none of them left a Vial of Grey Microbots, which seems is needed to start the Ghost Deck Mission or am i wrong here?
I know that the whole "loot-thing" is quiet RNG, but Codex says I already encountered 30+ Goos and getting not a single Vial seems to be kind of unsatisfactory. I don't remember that my earlier Steele's got such a problem.
Or am I missing a thing, a trigger, somewhat somewhere?

(actually i'm not a backer yet due to reasons, so I am playing the latest public version)

To get a vial of gray goo you need to re-program a gray goo after a fight or buy them from Anno when shes on your ship. They aren't needed to start the quest.

and how do you bang her exactly?? ive already won and did all of the winning text drive victorys, the petplay, the buttfuck, and the snuggle, but when i talk to her it still says stuff about interns, so yea... how exactly do you get the mission to get that bitch and make her yours??
