It annoys and bores me that a lot of games seem to have the same kind of mid-twenty slim looking women (which are almost always white too), so I'd like to hear of games where women don't look like they came out of the same printer so to speak. Either by having muscle or fat, having differently shaped bodies or actually don't look like teen models. Women of other races - who actually look like they have a different race and not white people with a color filter - would also be welcome.

The solution would be to make a game of your own, or gather a team of like-minded individuals to do so together. The type of women that are portrayed in games is indicative of the taste of the creator him/herself.
The point is, anyone can complain about a lack of something but the only solution is to not complain and actually do something. I'm all for it, but unless someone puts it to action it won't change.

It's super easy to be an absolute cretin, shoot down whatever people ask or suggest and never do anythng productive and you're just engaging in some sort of baseless grandstanding because you didn't bother to create anything either. The difference here is I didn't really ask people to make things for me, I was asking for suggestions of things that I know already exist. So instead of making character judgements about people - especially without having anything going for yourself - maybe suggest something or go pester someone else.

That's just how a lot of porn games are, most of the porn game demographic caters to and are made by straight guys, and straight guys like slim female bods with big tits, that's what is deemed attractive to them, so that's what is gonna be seen in games. Not sure why the race for them is always white myself but it's called a 'norm' for a reason, so no point in bothering complaining.
If you want a game that doesn't cater to the norm like literally the other 99%, you're not gonna find that easily around here. Best you got is to make your own somehow, or just do what I'm doing atm and keep digging around hoping for something that actually is akin to your interests.

What I said was intended as encouragement to create something that you like for people like you because you started off the paragraph whining. I like a wide variety of women myself, and sure I'd love to see them but I'm not making the games so I make do. I am however, learning how to program and such so that may change in the future.
I'll admit I glossed over the request you made that wasn't in the form of a question. I'd be more than happy to suggest some if I knew any, despite the antagonistic response you made but off the top of my head I don't know any.
If you don't know any than you can just say you don't and that its unlikely as standardized beauty is so common that most people would not bother catering to said audience or be interested themselves.

Do fantasy races work for you? Everything I can think of still follows the same criteria of normal-faced, thin and large-breasted, but I'm still curious.
Otherwise you still have text games, but those only fall under the condition that they do not state a race and only indicate skin color, making the point moot. The most I've ever seen of asian/blacks is short racial TFs scenes in tfgamessite's games. Of which, the text games focused on weight/muscle are either in-progress or dead. Free Cities has some race/weight/muscle mechanics. Elysium is just a tech demo, but would be a game focused around weight-gain in various forms.
In the end, this was a useless post, only able to state that even through years of lurking hentai games forums, tfgamessite, and certain places, that I feel the need to state that there really isn't much to find on the surface. That which isn't games, but adult doujins/comics also rarely have varying body-types, as artists may cater to trends with some exceptions. Alternative races portrayed themselves would instead also be the men, and not the women. In fact, there is no end to the variety of male's portrayal, whether it's race, age, weight, muscle, or height. While I know you're not the only person, the only thing that could motivate any change at this point would be money, otherwise any artists or writers that are capable would continue to provide content to their comparably smaller circle of fans.

The second sentence of my first post said that, or at least that was it's intention. As to the saying nothing part, yeah you're absolutely right but then that's often how discussions start. He made a statement, I made a response with the intention to discuss possible solutions. That's why I try to encourage self-action, because you can't expect other people to cater to your tastes and you've no right to force their labor.
If we discuss these things in a civil manner, we open up the opportunity for ideas. Someone looking for a project may view the thread and be inspired, maybe OP himself would feel creative and make the next best game with all the things that aren't commonly accounted for. Who knows.
The game Slavemaker might potentially fit your criteria in that all the slaves are based off characters from existing fictional media and their in game images are generally composed of fan art/ smut borrowed from around the internet. The majority of the girls will probably fall into the standard hentai fan art mold. But there are so many girls from different fictional works drawn by so many different people that there's bound to be some divergence.
Although unfortunately for girls that aren't popular enough to have enough hentai fan art floating around the net to account for the games entire set of actions/ interactions the game tends to default to using a generic set of hentai images. So that might end up defeating the purpose with the more exotic girls. Tbh I haven't played the game in forever so I'm basing all of this on vague recollections.
Other than that a text based game like Free Cities is probably your best bet it's the only significantly fleshed out game in my recent memory that's allows for a lot of customization/ tweaking in terms of body types and Ethnicity.
Lilith's throne is an upcoming text based tf fetish game and the creator is planning on eventually allowing the player to modify the body fat and muscle tone of the PC and NPCs but that's a ways off/ I doubt she's ever gonna put much emphasis on human ethnic differences. The game's lore mostly plays on the racial differences between humans and demons/ a bunch of different furry races. So humans will likely always be treated as a single race with skin tone palate swaps.

Various races look different beyond just skin color. Fantasy races would count if they looked unique. I've tried out FC and unless I missed something the scenes seem to be very barebones and rarely mention how the involved parties look. There are numerous other criticisms I'd have with the game but I wanna stay on topic. I've played Tainted Elysium since the first Alpha and it has since seemed to have made no progress at all and I don't have faith its going anywhere.
To contribute to my own topic, I have found games that fit my bill very well:
Future Love Space Machine offers a lot of body shapes and types and while its more of a 3D poser than an actual game so far, there is an incredibly amount of looks possible. While there is only limited amounts of animations possible, the body shapes possible definitely beat games like 3D SexVilla
Paiotsu Break has muscly women that look really cool and while it's mainly ryona, it also had enough other content to keep me interested. It's fully in Japanese but thanks to translation programs I can understand enough to play
