Was at the Tavros Station Beach 'n Surf browsing swimwear, pressed back and this popped up.
I reloaded a very recent save and went back and tried to replicate without success though.
Before accessing Beach 'n Surf I had been trying on underwear at Mi Amor for Aliss and had just done the Anno HL underwear unlock scene.
