The girls can grow a cock in later stages of the game. But they are then referred as male :(.


You can adjust the female/male preference slider in the options menu.


*edit there's also a futa girl, which can be unlocked at some point.

Well only if it replaces the vagina. However, there is a way to make everyone futa and that is using the advanced starts in the most recent versions.
