Interested, care to elaborate... i played the game for a while but never really saw a futa xD  not sure if i missed something or just haven't unlocked that yet. I apologize if it is blatantly clear, please excuse my ignorance xD

Well only if it replaces the vagina. However, there is a way to make everyone futa and that is using the advanced starts in the most recent versions.
