I gave Cait all the Bovum Sherry and Duo Milk stall sequences needed for her to get the final portrait art for her. When I did that, I tried to do the Leo transformation for her at the village but didn't see an option. I thought I might have accidentally declined the option prior, but reverting to a previous save showed that the option was taken away as soon as Cait hit the last part of her becoming thicc (Pic 1). The option, funnily enough, reappears if she goes to the gym and reverts to a prior size (Pic 2).
