Frostwyrm chosen name defaults back to being called frostwyrm and adding Nykke to clutch has scene take place on ship

I am not sure when the name change happen but for the second part it happens when you introduce Nykke and FW to each other. When the scene transitions instead of being in the cave you are on your ship and depending on the timing ship events could cut in before you go to the scene with nykke and fw. A example would be Kase X Anno scene showing up.
