Lieve only cares about femininity. Shemales and futas should be fine -- she even has some interaction with your dick in her scenes, though she's pretty obviously not super interested in it.
She doesn't fear males, she's just not going to flirt with you. She'll still talk to you as a dick-wielder, but won't divulge personal information or bare her heart to you -- because she's not very interested in you.

Really? Im pretty sure when I was interacting with Lieve, I was able to get most of her options since even though my femininity was at 0%, my appearance was androgynous. All I had to do to get the dates and etc. was change what my preferred gender was and BAM!! Got the tour, got the date, got the solo sex with Lieve.

Funnily enough, this is why I occasionally make short characters (less than 5 feet). 6 foot 7, myself, and the thought of Steele having to duck under doorframes makes my head hurt.
I don't get this line of thinking quite a few of you have. None of the starting races have permanent features. Human isn't really a blank-slate here, it's just lacking tail. Literally that's all that's different from the other races except leithans if you don't look at shapes of body parts. They all are "versatile" in changing.
