Failure to level up [Update, it got weirder.]

[Bug]

Go to Sleep, menu pops up, cant alllocate my stats or choose my perk.


Update:i sucessfully leveled up to level 6 after doing what Theron said, and now.... This.

This is not the actual level up screen but my stats screen. As you can see, its like if thr game was giving me "free" unasked for points in inteligence and aim, and reducing the points i have avaible. I didnt edit the save before, only this one time to reset my points to 0 as theron said.

Things being weird out here. I attached my new save file with the negative 26 points so someone could check out.

Somehow, you managed to get -13 unspent Stat Points and -1 unclaimed Class Perks.

Open the Console with F12 and type (Control + Shift + I if you're using Electron, I think)
pc.unspentStatPoints = 0
pc.unclaimedClassPerks = 0

Then level up.
This has happened to one other person I know of, so there's something weird going on. It would really help if you could track down the cause.
You can monitor how many Stat Points and Class Perks you have by entering the commands into the Console without the '= 0'.
