I can confirm that for the most part. Clicking on Bimbodomme Siegwulfe crashes the game though:

I get a crash if I click on Bimbo Sigewulfe if I have another Drone equipped. Or on another Drone with Bimbo-Sigewulfe equipped.

I think I know what's causing it, but can you post a save file for testing? I apparently didn't run into the issue when I was testing on my end.

The damage flags can be a bit misleading.

When switching from the Fenris-Class Assault Drone to Bimbo Siegwulfe (and perhaps the other variants too) there is no mention of a lowering of the electrical damage values. (on the updated, non game crashing version 0.9.106-BACKER-ELECTRON#5279)

What do you mean? It just doesn't directly compare with the current Drone.

I don't think Bimbo Siegwulfe's Tease damage is shown in the Combat Stats screen. It is on the tooltip.

When switching from Siegwulfe to the doggo drone it shows all of the values that are gonna be lowered. Vice versa it does not. (Tested with Bimbo Domme)
First pic: Wulfe -> Doggone
Second: Doggone -> Wulfe

Edit: I just noticed that the issue also exists with switching out the Varmint for the drones that the game seems to classify as combat drones. Tika seems to only be handled like a regular item.

Alright, I see the issue. I've made some more changes and the comparison information should be fixed in the next release.

Also, the lust damage information for any drones/implants will now be visible under the Sexual Combat section of the combat stats. It did calculate both physical and lust damages, but only the physical ones showed up due to some automatic filtering between the two stat sections.
