So I'm just asking, mainly for conformation, plus any addition detail on this, are their plans for more content/recruitment in the future, for Emmy, since I think some people have already mentioned/spoken about Emmy possibly being recruitable, plus in the her content that's currently available when she asks the MC to buy her the toy harness thing to help cope with her high libido problem, there's a third option aside from accepting or declining to buy the harness, to just buy out her contract from Kiha-Corp, and just recruit her to be a crew-member, so that she has full access to MC everyday, so that they could be together so that MC could help with her problem, I'm pretty sure that she is gonna be a crew member in a future update, but could some of the devs confirm that for me.

The below is just my opinion based upon my observations over the past few years:

Quite the contrary - it's been made clear that ALL the Myrellion storilines are as done as they ever will be. The writers have either burned out or moved on. The big plan was that all the stories - Emmy, the Myr in the wastes, the over-all war - were all supposed to be wrapped up in one big resolution that will now never be coded.
More generally - don't expect ANY of the open stories (Bianca, Azra, etc) to EVER be completed. Fen and Co have found that they can make just as much money doing short vignettes that have no correlation to anything else in the game as by doing larger stories, and that short vignettes are easier to do.
My money is on that they won't complete the main story quest before the end of the year, because of all the time they spend on these short set pieces. Moreover, I suspect they are concerned that once they provide the ending the the main story quest, interest in the game will wane, and thus the money will slow.

That's my opinion, based upon my observations over the past years, plus decades of being a software engineer and seeing project creep and project burn-out first-hand. I'd love to be proven wrong.

lots of doomposting and mildly founded assumptions here.

Azra and Emmy are both Fenoxo personal projects, the fact that Fenoxo himself is burnt out on smut has been known for a while. not sure how one becomes sure that Emmy is going to get finished.

Bianca is from William, who chose to retire. if you mean those two examples as to be indicators that no writer will finish any story they want to tell, that's a bit extreme. that being said, project creep is inevitable in a creative space so definitely temper one's expectations

this seems to assume that Fenco does all the writing for the game, while a very large, possibly a majority, of content is community submitted. community members that are not expected to do anything related to the main story unless explicitly asked, and even then i believe that counts as Fenco commissioning them for that writing. Fenco also doesn't directly get any money from said community submissions.

they literally cut down the length of the main story from 10 planets to 6. obviously, no major content = less interest, but many of those people are also interested in if/what the next game from Fenco will be.
