Noticed two things so far. First (minor) when going on the flight activity, "You join the other woman in the air" should have a check for gender (or just remove "other") and the PC was male. Second in the Sex menu, letting her choose can result in options that seem like they should not be available in this case boob worship on a flat chested male PC, very funny though.
