doesn't properly leave combat with raskavel(m)

when leaving combat early against the raskevel (m) using seduce, the game still think I am in combat. the screen says : "You’re still in combat, you ninny!" going in and out of inventory reengages combat where it left off. Finishing the combat normally seams to clear this.
