Does Regen ticks generate any threat?

No. There are many things that affect your threat that may be related to regen. Toughness gives you base threat but also affects your base hp which affects regen. There are powers that give both regen and threat. But regen by itself does not increase threat.

I find it strange that the regen form of healing does not give any threat as you say but normal direct healing does.

I don't think it's "healing" causing threat. It's the fact that you took an action.

So doing the action wich the consequence would be regen would give threat in that regard is what your impliying right?

Than how does doing extra healing or damage or an crit of both alter the threat you get, if it was just action the threat of each action would always be the same?
The calculation must be something other than just taking an action.
