Dockmaster Discounts - Minor scene addition/recreation?

I seem to recall, in my many visits to get discounts for things I don't buy, that Mitzi was observing my Steele while at the Dockmaster watering hole. It was a one line scene addition where you catch a glimpse of her getting off at the sight of you.

I'm pretty sure she was crew by that time, but can't seem to find the other conditions, if this part is even true... Am I misremembering?

Is anyone aware of the conditions to recreate that scene addition?

You have to do the Dockmaster's facesitting scene; near the end, a blurb will play for Mitzi, Kiro or non-bimbo Penny (or Leila, but that's future-proofing that's extremely unlikely to ever come to fruition), chosen randomly from whichever of them are crew members (assuming at least one of them is). So, you're not misremembering; you just need to have her be a crew member and either have neither Kiro nor non-bimbo Penny as crew, or roll the 1 in 2 or 3 chance (depending on whether you have one or both as crew) to get Mitzi's blurb.

I still haven't recreated it yet, but I'm thinking I'm missing either quest flags or something else. I only have Amber/Mitzi right now. I'm also using an old save that I used with tons of early character mods before I even started the game/story. Might have to make a new save.

I'll probably start with a cheat save and just see what the bare minimum is to make this happen.
