Do Multiple Instances Of Perks Stack?

Only instance of a stackable perk I can think of is Inhuman Desires, which you can get from at least four different places, and all of them stack with each other (except Mitzi and Dumbfuck, which are counted as the same, I believe), but i'm not sure if any other perk has that ability
I see, i thought Panzer meant it like that. That being said, I don't remember any other perk that makes you able to have multiple of it, other than class perks
So Breed Hungry will stack with itself if you edit in multiple but on a save/reload the extras are removed. I tried that several builds back and can't speak for recent builds.
What are you looking at to determine if it stacks?
I'm not sure what the benefit of stacking Breed Hungry is, anyway. You can just edit pregnancyIncubationBonusMotherRaw and refractoryRate directly.
The game adds Incubator's v1 to pregnancy speed.
The belly/ball weight reduction, which can effectively 0 it out, but too much of a pain in ass to resetting every session.
To my knowledge, weight isn't factored into applying penalties, only size.
Thraggen Harness removes the Reflexes penalty from Belly size.
Anti-Grav Lower Undergarments removes 'Endowment' debuffs from over-large testicles. Ball Bras work, too, but only partially.
Unfortunately, editing Breed Hungry's v1 doesn't seem to help. At least not for Belly weight.
Had the two words conflated, but as far as I can gather the 25% reduction for size is hard coded to each instance of the perk. I'm only messing with the json side not getting into the guts of the code so guessing it has something to with a string elsewhere in the game code itself.
Ok, so, my reason for asking is a bit complex and convoluted, so bear with me.
I saw that if you let Lumi harvest you 5 times, it triggers an event wherein she doses you up with some of her special juices that give you Breed Hungry and sends you an email.
Since I'm an ocd completionist, and I was bored, I wanted to do this event, but I already had the Breed Hungry perk from somewhere, no idea where, may have save edited it in, doesn't matter moving on.
Point is, my player characters incubation speed is so fast its almost game breaking, and I'm worried that even if I save edit the initial Breed Hungry I already had out, something may stay behind, so that when I get it again from Lumi it will stack.
And so next time my Steele gets preggers, the poor kid will go from single cell to crowning in 5 minutes.
I compared the incubation speed stats from a save file before and after I did all the hullabaloo, and they looked the same, so I think I'm good?

I found out by save editing that if you have Breed Hungry or Incubator (two perks that affect pregnancy speed) and you manually edit the female pregnancy speed, the game has a brainfart moment and only registers the value you inputted instead of the value either perk should give you. It was some time ago, though, and i'm no longer sure if it still works
hm..... dont think ive edited that? but my memory is crap and its been so long so who the fuck knows.
What's your Speed Modifier? Best I can do is 4000% (20x). If it's faster than that, either you used something I don't know about, or you Save-Edited it.
((1000 (Laquine Ears) x3 (Harru, Egg Slit)) + 800 (Synth Womb) + 100 (Incubator) + 100 (Breed Hungry))
