Do Multiple Instances Of Perks Stack?

Generally not. If a perk is meant to be scalable, it will have something other than 0 in v1-v4.

Breed Hungry has a 15 in v1 by default, but I don't know what it does. None of the references I found check it's v1.

Only instance of a stackable perk I can think of is Inhuman Desires, which you can get from at least four different places, and all of them stack with each other (except Mitzi and Dumbfuck, which are counted as the same, I believe), but i'm not sure if any other perk has that ability

Inhuman Desire 'stacks' by modifying v1, rather than giving multiple instances.

I see, i thought Panzer meant it like that. That being said, I don't remember any other perk that makes you able to have multiple of it, other than class perks
