Critical error during Kally x Kiro event in Canadia

I was doing the Kiro x Kally quest. Tried talking to kally after the work hole event in Canadia. I can repeat the same error seamlessly by simply talking to cally after the work hole event, the game will crash 100% of the 5 times I tried to progress in the questline.
