What trigger's Roo's events?

I checked the wiki and it mentioned "25000 credit win streaks" but it just didn't happen and I'm not sure why since I got to an 85,000 credit streak with no triggers so I was wondering if I've interpreted it wrong or there's some other thing that may have gone awry in the process

The new game structure messed with her code. IIRC, the scenes only trigger once you've won enough won on that hand, and back out.

There's a post somewhere explaining how she works, if you want to try searching for it.
