I've read about Etheryn eventually being able to knock us up. Is that still a plan, or is this a possible ending?

There are multiple hints toward us finding a way to reverse the demonification. are there still plans for this or is just hopeful talk

In the interactions with Kaina, it is said that dragons can't have children with other species, but we can become a dragon or a dragon-like being. Are there any plans to allow us to reproduce with Kaina?

For the first two, those will likely be end of game epilogue things. Any kids you have with Etheryn would be legit heirs to the throne, she doesn't strike me as the type to have secret or illegitimate children. The plot ramifications are huge. Same goes for reversing demonhood, too important to just get thrown out there mid game.

As for the third one, maybe if somebody decided to write and submit Kaina Pregnancy content. That's usually the biggest roadblock with these kinds of things, people want it but nobody's written it.
