[CoCII 0.5.11] Titanic Hat - Stat Change Function

So in my desire to dabble with the Titanic Hat and min/max builds, the hat does not seem to function as the description implies. Even when I changed class to Charmer and stacked my stats for Sexiness, the Titanic Hat remained to boost Attack Power instead of Sexiness.

Working as intended as possible. It's "highest of strength, willpower, or presence for AP, SP, or Sexiness respectively" and your strength is higher than your presence. I did edit the text to better explain though
