As for being unfinished in these cases, the word I have heard, Fenoxo has given his blessing. Now, is this due to that is the way it was meant to be or was it because they were not completed but Fenoxo et al did not want to work the thresholds to reblock if they were crossed, I have no clue.Again, sorry for the shape of this response, brain mishaps are a major pain. :/  

Well seems mrttao already said what I wantred to say which was: both locations are accesable after first visit due to not both been filled with enough content to justify cutting off access to other place (and well somehow desert city was mostly reciving more love during days when CoC was actively denveloped, so it ended with tons of stuff when corrupted counterpart had little). So if that limitiation will ever show up it will be probably only in mod, when both places will have enough stuff to allow locking them behing certain corruption treshold.

As someone who is an admin on a wiki about a manga which has sex instances every now and then, I'd say nothing wrong's going to happen unless one keeps on using vulgar language or overtly sexual images. Plus Wikia is not constantly overseeing every wiki. Trust me, I've had to deal with too many abandoned ones in which vandalism was running rampant. After all, if one can close down a wiki due to posting "any content that is obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party", they should as well close those that are chock full of "solicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, "spam", or any other type of unauthorized solicitation"

P.S. Now that I'm reading the terms of use, I have noticed that one of the wikis in which I edit on will be well done if Wikia calls it a day, since "the Site is not and shall not function as an archive". Oops.

I know this might sound like a bit of a technical thing, but I'd say there's a difference between discussing an issue that's pornographic and outright showing the pornography featured in that issue. Granted, that fine line is not enough as evidenced by how those wikis were closed down, but perhaps they were handled in a not so subtle way. Or perhaps not: I don't remember the original CoC wiki as looking exactly "lewd". With a bit of luck, no one will send a complain. And now that I have jinxed it (XD), I do aknowledge that it's a waste of efford if a wiki lives under uncertain terms, but I want to think that Rycharde will find a way to create a backup of the contents in case shit hits the fan.

Wikia is a convenient medium in which one can contribute regardless of having an account or not. Orain requires you to have an account to contribute, which makes work a not so easy task.

I have no idea if it's what you're looking for, but I've used httracker in the past to make an offline copy of the wiki back when orain was going down a lot, also because my internet is not the most reliable (f' you AT&T).

Again, don't know if that gets you what you need. The last time I used it, it didn't copy everything from the wiki site missing mostly pics and a few pages, but then again I don't know if I'm just missing a step or doing it wrong. I feel like if I had more experience with web tech I'd be getting far better results. For me it works, sort of. Haven't used it in a while though. Wouldn't be my first pick, but if you don't find another alternative, it's better than nothing I guess (it is free).

I agree, but at the end of the day wikis are run and owned by people who sometimes don't enforce the rules fairly due to their own prejudices.

Are you referring to adding image ID's and support for more scenes or the pics themselves? I ask because the latter is handled by the image pack which is hatternumber0's baby (also pretty sure you can add your own pics too btw). The former is something Kitteh can do, but it depends on what he's working on now or if it needs to enter queue.

Beyond that, not that I'm aware. Only other game changes I know of is some encounters in the Lake and Boat encounter lists. Green slimes have a higher encounter rate at the cost of fewer goo-girls and Venus turns into a herm. Fetish Cultist and Zealots become encounterable, but that happens regardless as to whether the player chose to shutdown the Factory safely or by destroying the valves.

Lore-wise, unless I missed something it sounded like the effects of destroying the Factory are localized to the lake area only and don't extend beyond it.

Scholar's tea was nerfed because it allowed you to easily reach 100 intelligence early on. You could spend just 100 gems and gain 30 intelligence.

So if you have higher intelligence, it now takes much more tea to max out intelligence.
