No. The philosophy with transformations is to avoid giving them major combat effects, so players don't feel like they need to get them in order to min-max. This way, people are pretty much just incentivized to play the character that they want to play.

Godservant TFs like kitsune give some combat effects, because there's more of a tradeoff involved (you're giving up your immortal soul, after all), but they're more about flavor rather than the kinds of things like naga constriction or flight that were so important in CoC1. So, y'know, reskinned versions of other moves for at-wills, things like that.

In addition, naga and taur bodies are straight-up off-limits to the Champion in CoC2, regardless of combat effects or lack thereof. They devs are not giving y'all a naga body for permanent because dealing with the consequences of that in the smut scenes are far too onerous for the dev team's liking.

So far, you get a tail whack ability that adds damage based on tail type. But since exotic bodies are disconfirmed, things like constrict won't be in. At least from a TF. I think the flight ability has been shot down too for the player and party. So really, unless someone wants to add a bite ability or something, tail whack is probably all we're getting.

There's at least one other racial ability so far; accepting Keros' offer unlocks a second Ultimate skill for the Champion (with the limitation that you also need the Fox Jewel equipped) and currently at least the only way to learn Blue Flame Blade is training from Nakano which he'll only provide to another kitsune. These fall under what Alypia already said about tradeoffs, because the divine TFs come with both a story limitation and a major gameplay one, in that you're locked into that form for the rest of the game and can only make minor tweaks to it.
