Cerespirin not fully functional

Title. Cerespirin only half works with two main issues.
1. According to the wiki, dryad horns and head flower should be mutually exclusive, yet I can get both at a time.
2. No matter the dosage or whether I have the requirements or not, the flower vagina is inaccessible. It will literally never be granted to my character, it is the only trait which I cannot manage to get to spawn.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? (Yes, I have tried using more than 1 to get the OD stat. This is on the Javascript version)

It's a bug.

Regarding branch crown and hair flowers, their mutual exclusivity is stated in the comments but can be overridden by random roll. This dates back to original version of the game though, so it's either intentional or an old bug that got carried over to JS port.
