Can't trigger "Cum slut" scenes with the Cum Thirsty perk (Game Version: 0.9.143-PUBLIC#6507)

As the title says, trying to provoke a public blowjob scene either doesn't work with the Cum Thirsty perk, or I'm misunderstanding the requirements in some way. In the codex's addiction stats, it lists cum thirsty as a source for the cum slut status, just like Dumb4Cum, but wandering around on Tavros's merchant deck doesn't seem to result in the same scenes.

Save editing to swap Cum Thirsty to Dumb4Cum works just fine, but otherwise, nothing.

You need at least 80% Libido. Dumb4Cum increases Libido over time, so you eventually reach the threshold.
Cum Thirsty does not. (But does trigger the scenes if you already have enough Libido.)
