Can't seem to access some dialog?

So I started a new run as a half-kaithrit to try and unlock Kase's dialog about "tail touching" but the dialog still has the requirement of being a half-kaithrit to unlock it. So I went and did some gene-moding to try and make my character more of a full-kaithrit (successfully) Dialog still locked.

What exactly do I have to do to unlock this dialog?

Also I can't seem to get Anno to trigger the Deck 13 quest any more either.

1. How old is the save state you're working from? Before, the tail touching scene wouldn't proc because kaithrit tails weren't considered prehensile.

2. You gotta sex Anno up now.

Its brand new and I'm using the web broswer version. Also I made a slight mistake, now the requirment not to be a kaithrit but to know what tail touching is

I completely forgot the Codex exists. Turns out thats all I needed to do
