Can't Run TiTS On Intranet (Apache 2.4)

Trying to run TiTS on my intranet games server (Apache 2.4), it almost loads but then starts throwing errors in the console on the client.
No errors appear in Apache's logs (other than not being able to find the .map files).

TiTS Version: TiTS-backer-0.9.024-win.zip (extracted the app folder).

(NOTE: The same client can play TiTS online in the backer section of fenoxo).

The JS code in the downloadable version has hooks back and forth across a sandbox boundry in electron to provide certain features; running it outside of the electron context is unsupported.
