Just made a new save file and for some reason Arona hasnt spawned after her first encounter. I've been wondering around the foothills for a couple hours and havent seen Arona at all
That's a bug, probably, gotta download the new hotfixed version of the latest update. It was mentioned in the newest patch notes on the front page.
