When I enter my codex for any reason, there is a 50-50 shot whether I can move again after leaving, if I can't move, I have to reload the latest autosave.

i also encountered this bug, but only under specific circumstance:
If i use the level up interface and open an email afterwards, after backing out of the email all buttons on the left interface are greyed out, and the bottom buttons are all empty. Cant Move or do anything anymore. Only Buttons that still function are very top left three (main menu, panic, load)
The Problem also happens with other Codex Submenus. Just opening and closing the Codex wont trigger it, only going deeper into the codex.
Also have not managed to trigger it without leveling up first.

I think Lunaraia's and Dynamonde's reports are two different bugs.

I've been able to reproduce Lunaraia's report (though much less often than 50-50). It seems to also print the wrong room text.
