Breedwell help: Not able to get a contract? help

Hey all, I feel like I've never had this issue before, so I'm a little confused. Maybe things have changed since I've played last. I'd like to get into one of the pods at Breedwell, but the dialogue prompt says I haven't donated enough cum yet (but that's not what I want to do).

I know it's five young or more, here's my copy pasted stats. What do I need to do to get in? I thought that the births counter would have been enough, with plenty in the daycare.

The two sections of Breedwell are tracked separately - because you've only met the birth requirement, you can only access the section where you get egged. In order to access the cum milking section, you need to meet the cum donation requirement, regardless of if you've met the birth requirement.
