Blue Gemstone Stud from Kassrya

So I realized I have missed the two chances to get the blue gemstone stud from Kassrya and I was wondering if there is any other way to get it since i saved past these points ages ago.

The only way I can think of doing this is with save editing but I don't really know what I would type in

She gives it to you either during the tutorial or her Frostwood encounter North of the Wayfort. You can't miss it, afaik.
