I noticed the recent patch mentioned changes to Bloodrage and its description. I know the wiki is slightly outdated so forgive me if this is wrong, but I thought that Bloodrage was an unobtainable ability. Were the changes in the patch notes simply a clean up/consistency change for Garrett, or is there a way to now obtain this ability (without save editing) that the wiki doesn't mention?
