Honestly, I think you should have to get the extra transformations from other sources, just like other characters.
So far, here's my current ideas.
A perk called 'Ravenous lust' Temporarily increases combat stats when you've gone a day without sex
Alcoholic milk: Not releasing your milk for a long time makes it alcoholic.
As for the medipen, was thinking that there would be two options. one more for subs, one more for doms.
The 'dom pen' will turn the user into a four horned succucow (Think like a treated bimbo cow's proportions but more like https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/001/326/855/0c3.png while the sub option will slowly turn you into a hellhound like creature. the hellhound variant happens when an asuar(or how ever you spell it) take the treatment currently there’s only one hellhound charecter but whether or not Steele can become a hellhound from the treatment is still in the air I believe.

Huh.seems like a kind of 'tame' transformation with the treatment. Only a few differences from a regular asuar.
we dont know what a female or herm hellhound would be like so their changes might be bigger
I mean that sounds reasonable but it's not exactly too hard to imagine. Could just be like how for the huskar it just needs a few upgrades from being an asuar. Instead of Regal mane it could be a Maleficent mane. already there's the horns and you could even add fangs and fur laced with aphrodisiac. And to keep with the cow theme, players could get given a cowbell collar with a skull as the bell.
Maybe that's what this sort of succucow transformation could be like. The same way a huskar is like a fluffy version of a asuar. Could even have a sort of tentacle mane and have the body covered in lubricant or tattoos that you can change the colours of. Horns could be thick quadhorns. Tail could act as a ribbed cunttail. Hair, while still being hair, could move and flow like tentacle hair. And there would still be the large breasts with cuntnips.
Then it would just be a matter of giving the player bimbo perks from taking it.
Would that be good?
The first part about the hellhound, was about the hellhound effects. The second part was about my idea of the bimbo succucow effects
ah right your wording confused me abit but anyway the hellhound stuff will be decided by lord fen, most your stuff sounds good until the tentacle mane as i think dont believe it fits with the theme your going with succucow sames goes with the lubricant body TF but if you want to keep them in go ahead it is your project after all though i should warn you we've already got a TF that causes full body lubrication
I'm just trying to expand on the idea atm. Literally fully open to suggestions and everything. After all, wouldn't be fair to just push an idea that no one wants or is barely interested in,
as a basis how about just combining the traits of a succubus and cowgirl and build up from there with any perks are additional features that you would like to experiment with
I already suggested adding the effects of Soak to the transformation. But as for Overgharge, I'm not sure how I'll be paying for all that text for each individual transformation and making sure it's similar but also unique compared to just using the treatment and random size mods. That's why I'm thinking of just sticking to one item that turns individuals into bimbo succucows.
Would be good but as one user suggested earlier, if it's just gonna be a combination of the two, why not just use the L.candy apples and just take the Treatment with bimbo effects?

Personally i'd like the bimbo to expand a bit on the slutty fighting. Currently the lust dmg is capped at 30, i'd like the bimbos to have the ability to up the cap if they use the tease the opponent likes and likes a lot but reduce it if they tease with a bodypart the enemy dislikes.
And since bimbos like to fuck so much maybe give them a downside of taking fuck breaks, at the start of combat in a non-boss encounter the pc have a chance to simply have the opponent fuck them (like a auto loss by lust but regardless of your current lust.)
I also really like the idea of low willpower so maybe a perk that locks you at 0 Willpower (for the sub version) but rises your max lust (and maybe some resistance since so many opponents use willpower checks for stuns etc)
