AFAIK max Fertility Speed Modifier is 1200% via Incubator, Breed Hungry and Laquine Ears. Not having Incubator leaves you at 1100% or 550% incubation speed so plus the standard speed modifier of your mate (which I believe is your speed modifier divided by 2 and your mate's modifier divided by 2 and added together) you'll be at 600% incubation speed. So you'll be losing on out on a whole 50%.
