While the wiki already gives you a description of the quest, I cant find any recent threads about it. so i'll just ask, is it already written and triggerable in the latest releases ? if so, who can I trigger it ?

Edit: Also, unless that was quoted from Fen on the Discord chat or a stream, it's rubbish. It sounds hot, but hot rubbish is still rubbish.
