I quite enjoy chastity, and I think it'd be nice of Etheryn could lock it on the champion once it's been removed and becomes a key item. Alternatively, I'm sure there are plenty of NPCs players would like to see caged!
Are there any plans for the "or who" part of Etheryn's cage description?

The game really isn't set up to allow for inaccessible genitals, to the point that Ryn not having an accessible penis while caged broke the game until they wrote an exception around her.
I'm sure if there was someone interested in writing a scene where the cage is used on the Champ and it passes review it could be implemented, but it would more or less have to work like the existing scene with Evelyn where the cage comes off at the end of the scene.

Wait... WHAT Evelyn scene? There's an Evelyn chastity scene? I don't remember seeing anything about that in any of the blog posts.
It's been in the game for over a year now, though the patch was chonky and mostly concerned the first round of the combat rebalance and the early-game narrative tweaks so I don't think Eve's new scene made it into the wiki summary of the notes. Also, it's gated behind seeing the special variation of her virginity check scene that requires the Champ to have their penis v-card and be five inches or less so it's pretty easy to never see the option one way or another.

Yeah, it's easy to miss out on. For what it's worth however it's also very easy to get back to that point on a fresh file since Evelyn shows up after a day, so if you just want to see that content you can start a new game, keep in in your pants for a day or two and then quickly unlock it.
