Aina and Amber gives us human babies with possible extra bits. Submissive Sera should give us straight humans (I think, I have never gone the Submissive Sera route).

As far as human babies Steele can carry in their own womb: Riya, Dominant Sera, Zephyr, Amber and strangely, Sydian Male all qualify.

Yes, subby Sera gives human babies, both with Sera as sire and Steele as sire.

Haley on NT also gives human babies if the player themselves (either as sire or mother) are human, though unsure if it tracks current human score or human starter race.

That's because sydians were originally planned to be descended from/a modified version of humans, with a whole quest about discovering/investigating that.
