Anno's Uveto foursome

Despite having completed the Ghost Deck quest Marina and Galina do not appear. I've tried anything I can think. I even looked in the save file and tried tinkering, after making a backup, with the greeting party and foursome flags but did not achieve anything. I'm looking for any instructions on what I could do. I'm also attaching the save file incase that helps. Thank you

Your Codex says 'Met them, Not interested in them'. Did you decline to meet them?

Use the Browser Console (F12)
flags["UVETO_HUSKAR_FOURSOME"] = undefined
You'll have to go up the Space Elevator again, but the first scene should trigger again.

Thanks for the free Achievements, by the way. I hope there's a way to disable the ones I don't want/didn't earn.

I don't recall declining but it may have popped during something time sensitive and I just rushed through. Thank you very much,

Here:
Open the console.
Type: getAch().achievementData.[The index of the achievement you want to remove].isUnlocked = false;
For example if I wanted to remove 'PROBE-U-LATER': getAch().achievementData.ACH_MHENGAPROBE.isUnlocked = false;
