Accuracy and Crit chance

When looking at my character's stat page I noticed that the critical chance is lower than what it's supposed to be. I have 15 cunning, two Lucky Strike and a Blade Staff equipped while the stat for critical chance only shows as 25.
I've unequipped it for War Scythe, Short Sword and the great sword and I've noticed only the accuracy and crit stats do not update. Spell power, spell pen, armor pen, dodge chance all update.
Is this intentional?

this is intentional, the reason weapons don't effect crit. or acc. on the stat page is because they only effect those stats when making a weapon attack. not all special attacks use your weapon and crit. only applies to spells if it your weapon has the catalyst tag.
