about making a translation for Coc 2

I know this is really very hard .
but i still want to do it .
when I look at the FAQ .
I saw them say that it took 2 years to complete the translation of this game, it really shocked me .
I am not a famous translator or good at programming , but if possible , I would like to do it .
I tried using notepad++, HxD, 010 editor but still can't find the language file anywhere. if you know where , please
help me . I will translate this game even though I know it's very hard .

It would be extremely difficult on a technical level, mainly because the parser system is set up to work in English grammar and converting it to another language with a different grammar can't be done via copy-paste - it would have to be done manually, on a case-by-case basis for every scene in the entire game.
