Am I just missing something that the wiki just doesn't mention? I've done every single quest required for freeing Kiyoko, including meet and greet, and there's nothing else for me to do to progress. The flavor text for turning in meet and greet told me to wait until Komari can set aside time for the ritual, but its been thirty in-game days now and the option to discuss freeing Kiyoko just isn't appearing. And yes, I have the amulet of union. I've been sleeping to progress time so much I managed to get Kiyoko to nine tails in the Astral Realm, hoping that skipping time will unlock the option to free Kiyoko, but nope. I can't imagine this is a bug considering how long this particular quest chain has been in the game, so what's going on here?

I had assumed this would have been evident by the fact that Kiyoko is at nine tails while still in the Astral Realm. She needs like 31 kits to get her ninth tail. It's looking like I might have to start another save file to find out of this is just a random thing on my primary save file or if it's affecting multiple files.
Someone in the save editor thread was able to solve the mystery. For some strange reason the game failed to flag that I had the Amulet of Union in my possession. Which is weird, because the amulet triggered to prevent the fight with Komari but then failed to trigger so that I could discuss freeing Kiyoko. I used the save editor to flag the correct variable and I was finally able to free Kiyoko.
