lol... liked to see what socialism one would look like... BUT that's derailing this thread.
Right... seems at this point this thread turned into something inflammatory. Rather than stating random facts about in game stuff which I think is what OP was suppose to be getting at it's devolved completely into something else entirely and this has me doing this.
Allow me to respectfully disagree and explain why I think Penny is nothing like Urta: beyond their physical appearance and the fact that we meet them in one of the first city the player gets to, these characters are exact opposites of each other.
@zelda_fan6284 It's like you're trying to start drama on purpose or something -_-
Random TiTS game fact: the number of feminine bangable NPCs (ie who use she/her pronouns) is currently greater than the number of masculine bangable NPCs.

I must add...Exponentially greater. And those romanceable can be counted with the fingers of one hand.
Random fact: There are two machine-things in Uveto, both in half-made rooms (Uveto has ten or more provisional rooms, maybe a few less in the backer build), that probably gonna be/are planned to be in another place. I'm not sure what's their function yet, and I'm too scared to test them.
Random fact II: There's a creature in Uveto called Belle and everyone seems to have met it but me. It's name is also on the list of the Embry possible new names, albeit I'm pretty sure that they're not the same.

The the buttslutinator is usable three times. The first time it increases the PC's butt size, the next time it increases size again and gives the butt slut perk, and the third time results in a game over. As far as I know the orgasmender just gives the player lots of orgasms no matter how many times it's used. If not, it takes quite a few usages before anything happens, as it's text was always the same for me.
Belle is the Accu-pitch scientist, the one who makes the Sub-tuner collar.
Also as a side note: I follow a strong code of honor and if something doesn't sit well with my code of honor I am honor bound to at least say something till it gets remedied.
Another side note: I would have the same opinion even if I were a backer.
Here goes.
Here is how I see it backer releases are about 6 to 8 releases a month usually roughly and public release only once and at start of month roughly, this past month backer releases were about 10 to 12 and public still only got one to me that hardly seems honorable or right for public releases only once a month, I was more will to let slide (but less then happy about it) at 6 to 8 but 10 to 12 hardly seems honorable or right for public only once a month in this case and makes it feel/seem very cash grabby to me.
Another side note: Also I recall Fen at some point in a stream or D and D or something mentioned being able to push releases out more easy now.
The solution to me seems fairly simple to me and quite honorable and right. The solution: Just add an extra but small/tiny public update mid month.
So, so said many words without actually explaining yourself: in what way is a single monthly release neither honorable nor right?
The people that make the game possible by supporting us (via Patreon, Offbeatr, etc.), to whom we are honor-bound to service, get tens of thousands of words of smut per month for five bucks. That's a pretty good deal, all things considered, and if the individual patron disagrees they are able to cancel their subscription at any time and still enjoy the full fruits of their month of support. The people who backed us on Offbeatr have gotten a quite frankly insane amount of content for their 5-15 bucks over the last four years. We don't use any form of forum/discord server badges for our patrons at present, so people who can or cannot support us receive the exact same treatment here in the community and in regards to customer service; if you don't tell us if you're public or backer, neither fellow community members nor staff are probably going to know.
Do also remember that the contributions of the Patreon supporters actually do make this game possible. That isn't an overstatement: making Trials in Tainted Space is a full-or-part-time occupation for a team of five people, plus commissions of art and writing from third parties. This is an actual job. I use the "cash grab" money our patrons give Fen (and through him, me) to do such devious things as purchase food, pay my rent and utilities, pay for chemotherapy, and so on, without which I would not be able to dedicate five days a week to smashing my floppy authorial cock on my keyboard until fetish erotica ejaculates out into Google Docs for your consumption.
So allow me to restate my question, in light of the above: why do you, @zelda_fan6284, deserve multiple public releases each month? You do not enable this game to exist by virtue of supporting it. Fenoxo does not run advertisements on the blog or forum at present, so your presence here does not support the game. Indeed, I struggle to grasp why you deserve anything at all, much less how you've come to feel that we are in some way swindling you out of what you rightly are entitled to by not giving you multiple instances of free things every month including the full breadth and depth of content our backers receive, in reward for the absolutely nothing you do whatsoever.
Which should not be taken to mean I deride or disdain our public players -- I do not. Many of you are fine people, and I count several of you amongst my friends. But I am forced to wonder about this individual's sense of entitlement, whereby he has conjured for himself to notion that a monthly subscription in exchange for content most naughty -- while giving said paid content away for free to the people who can't afford to help us out, just in less frequent chunks -- is somehow a dishonorable business model.
First off, I thought I explained my logic/reasoning quite well but I guess not well enough for Mr. @Savin so I'll try again I hope it works, am I trying to convey a sense of entitlement no far from it, I just felt the game was a bit too heavy on the amount of backer releases and a little too light on the amount of public releases on the public release side of things and I wasn't liking the direction it is/was looking like it was going from my point of view perhaps I'm too paranoid, perhaps I might have even used an incorrect word at some point, was I asking for alot more public releases no I was only suggesting one small teeny tiny extra public release mid month but I guess it was too much too suggest such heresy, I was/am in no way trying to belittle the backers nor the content creators nor Fen and Co. nor anybody else I forgot to mention in any way, shape, or form. I'm so sorry if it seemed or seems that way. (starts crying)
(sighs)
I really strongly hope this clears things up, I am not looking forward to trying to explain myself again.
Also sorry for causing any unnecessary problems. (starts crying again)
(bangs head on desk repeatedly)
(sighs)
OK, hopefully we can move on now and get thread back on track.
Fen said a year before TiTS was released that "paid members get cool stuff early, everyone else gets cool stuff a few weeks later" or something like that. You're saying you want 2 releases a month? On a 2 week schedule?

No, you've said what you mean just fine. I want to know why you think that. Enlighten us as to what, exactly, the problem is with the current release schedule?
Western erotic games threads on 4chin are always shit. I purposely mention CoC/TiTs now because there's always a few people ready to sperg out at the mere mention of a Fen game.

Hard to explain in a way I haven't already said, honestly with the large number backer releases i feel the amount of current number of public releases hasn't been able to keep up with it very well, like i said i feel a slight increase to public releases might just help to even things out a bit, but perhaps it my O.C.D talking a bit but who knows.
Perhaps that incorrect answer.
(sighs)
I honestly just don't know anymore. I give up, for now.
Plans (within plans) always get changed. And well now even I become interested what is zelda issue with monthly public releases patter. About the one of: backers get it right now and freeloaders 2-3 weeks later it's planned system after mythical Free One Year ends. Or at least that last thing I recall on situation after that year ends been said by devs/Fen.
i mean we get the same amount of content per month so what is the problem? i actually like getting stuff in bigger surges than little dribbles constantly.
Backers get twice the number of releases, but only half the content each time. In what world is that a problem?
The actual content you get as a non-backer is the same, just in bigger packages with more time inbetween.
Here's the thing about your "plan." Let's say, for some odd reason, Fen does decide to release smaller releases throughout the month. You wanna know what he'll run into more often? He'll run into bugs.
If Fen were to release the builds in smaller dribbles, that makes receiving bug reports and fixing bugs harder. The reason is because not only he'll have bug reports on his plate along with coding and testing, but he'll have to worry about the next release in the mid month.
You could make the argument that he could just post the second release with all the bugs fixed, but considering how everyone lives in different states and countries, getting all the bugs reported, fixed, and especially before the mid-month deadline is highly unlikely. There will be at least one bug that requires more time or more information to work on, deadlines be damned.
In other words; Who would want to deal with that?

Also, here is a random TiTs fact: There has been talk about there being an alternate starter planet.
