You... do things that raise Corruption. Some of the early-game ways of doing it are capped so you can't max out on them but that changes as you hit late Act 1 and then Act 2 content. Note that even 100 Corruption doesn't result in you actually losing your soul and becoming a demon, that's reserved for game-ending states.

Cultist sex at the river ford are a repeatable corruptive encounter available extremely early on and permanent while being literally the most repeatable encounter in the game. If straight sex with a woman isn't too much of a chore to scroll through, this and Brother Sanders spam (with gold expenditure) covers going from 0 to 100 Corruption and vice-versa whenever you want.
Take virility booster from the green orc which can take you to 70 - 75 corruption.. you will need a lot.
Defeat imps and rape them to gain one corruption point..
Once at winter city drink cum from Els ass and you gain 100% corruption and dark knight title.
You could also shag Brienne upon awakening..
