Fixed [0.9.164-PUBLIC-ELECTRON#7139] Perk does not give points/add to certain racial score.

Shouldn't the hollow bones perk contribute points(atleast one) towards the avian racial score? It's only obtained through 1 TF, which is the one that gives you Avian parts to begin with.

Sure though it probably should go away automatically if you lose the prerequisite avian parts instead of hanging on through everything except terran treats.

Fixed, it'll automatically go away if you lose too much avian-ness, but it counts toward racial score next patch.
