[0.9.029-PUBLIC#2748] Mimbrane combat text & lip size modifier

Mimbrane combat/action text is entirely missing from this version, though the effects still take place.
Also, when feeding the face mimbrane, lip size never seems to revert below 13.
E.g. start at lip size 5, fully fed at 15, sleep and reproduce now at 13, and perpetually floats between 13 and 15.
