Fixed [0.8.35] The 'yoinking' is still able to be done for the Ultimate Power of the Succubus Blackguard.

Yeah, someone has tested it extensively and says it isn't possible anymore.
It definitely is still stealable. The skill was just changed from being an ultimate to an encounter skill. My "extensive testing" came from me being confused as to how there wasn't a learnable ult in the succubi's repertoire.
Apart from that, "Tira's Embrace" is a powerful spell but not overpoweredly so and fits in well with all the other level 8 stuff that was added into the game. Just leave it as is.

Oop you are correct it was changed to an Encounter power and also made stealable after the stealable tag was removed from the power when it was still an ultimate.
So bottom line, it was patched, but then it was changed to Stealable Encounter power
